  Recruit2Suit will permit the Candidate and Employer to access, use and interact with our site subject to these terms and conditions.

  Recruit2Suit shall:

  exercise reasonable care in compiling our site

  take the steps set out in the privacy policy to endeavour to secure any personal data the Candidate provides.

  Variations

• 3.1

  Recruit2Suit reserves the right at any time without notice to revise the content of the site (including the services offered by Recruit2Suit) and these terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on the site and by continuing to use the site following any such change the Candidate will signify that you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions of use.

  The use of information

• 4.1

  Information will be collected and recorded in accordance with the privacy policy. The candidate acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.

  The Candidate is liable be contacted by the Employer without intervention from Recruit2Suit.

• 4.3

  Employers may only use information supplied by us for the purposes of recruiting and shall not disclose any information to any third parties other than those directly related to the recruitment process of the candidate.

• 4.4

  Any party using this service for any purpose other than those specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions shall immediately be banned from using this site.
